Here's the Process:

  • 1 LET'S TALK. Schedule an introduction. I want to meet you, learn about you and hear about your goals. We will talk about the coaching process, and you can decide if I am a good fit for you.
  • 2 TELL ME WHAT YOU'VE GOT. Once you decide to move forward, I gather information from you. I will ask you to complete inventories so I can learn about your relationship with food and exercise.
  • 3 CREATE YOUR PLAN. Using the information you provide, we work together to create a personalized nutrition and movement plan for you based on your unique needs and goals.
  • 4 GET TO WORK. During our 1:1 coaching sessions, we troubleshoot, strategize, and manage the key element that will bring you results – your mind. We meet regularly to do the thought work that is absolutely critical to creating your fit life.

  • A customized exercise plan that meets you where you’re at, right now. Whether you are brand new to exercise or an experienced lifter, I’ve got you covered.
  • Optional worksheets and modules to complete as you progress through your program.
  • Email coaching with notes, questions, and thought prompts between your calls.
  • Email and text access for questions, answers and support.
